Dear Sir Or Madam, I am writing this to ask and enquire whether my watch is left behind during my stay at your hotel from 27th June to 5th July. I was staying in room 104 in the aforementioned dates and had a pleasant experience. The staff and services were up to mark. Wrist watch is something essential for me and is imperative part of my dressing. The last time I remember wearing it was in a meeting at my client’s office which was early in the morning on the last day of checkout. I was supposed to leave by 5: 30 pm in the evening but had to rush out due to some emergency at 3: 20 pm on the same day. I may have left it on the dressing table where I usually used to put it. For your convenience, I may mention the watch was of brand Tissot. It had black belt with square dial and my initial engraved “K” at the end of the belt. It just had minute hand in it. Since it was my graduation gift by grandmother it is of paramount importance to me and it has been a lucky charm since then.
