Dear Sir, Iam writing to you this letter to request you about returning back laptop and passport that i have forgot while my staying in your hotel. I was staying at the 50th room in the third floor for 5 days from 15th august, I put my laptop and passport in the dresser to keep it safe while attending my meetings. I remember being in a big hury when I left the hotel, due to that, I totally forgot to check my things. My laptop contains all my work documents and customers files, it will be extremely difficult to have them back and my passport is a crucial document, as you know, I can’t leave the country without it and I really need to have it back for security reasons. I would like to request you to send me the laptop and passport to my adress as soon as you can please, if need additional information, please contact meon my cell phone your help will be highly appreciated.
