Dear Sir or Madam, I am a loyal customer of your branch for last twenty-years. I am writing this letter to appraise you about my dissatisfaction for the inefficient services provided by your branch. Let me explain to you the situation in detail. Last week, I came to your branch and submitted an application for the issuance of cheque book. I was informed by the representative that the cheque book will be delivered to my registered address in three working days. I waited for seven-eight days but still no cheque book was delivered to my house. Please provide me the time-line by which I can expect the delivery of cheque book at my home address. As I have to make an urgent payment, I need a cheque book by tomorrow. In case the said payment is not made, I will be incurring huge financial loss. In case, it is not possible, please facilitate the service of wire-transfer of funds without any charge as the mistake is on the part of the bank. I will look forward to hearing from you at the earliest. Yours faithfully, Moeez Sabuwala.
