Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to bring into your notice that I am a regular customer of your restaurant "Anupam" and I always visit here on weekdays for lunch. I am very fond of the cuisine prepared here as its both Healthy and tasty. Firstly, I would like to appreciate the variety of food that is served here which includes an ample variety of flavours from all over the globe. Secondly, I would like to throw light on the service that is offered here. I am so impressed by the quick service and hardworking staff that takes care of customer's choice and opinions. Although I am very satisfied with food and service but I do not like the decor chosen for this restaurant. The colour of the walls is very dull and lights are also very dim, that makes the area very congested. On top of that, floor tiles does not match with the theme at all. As per my opinion, Walls should be more colourfull that would make it more spacious and tidy. Also, lights should also be bright that will give a nice effect and tiles can be wooden that will blend perfectly with the overall theme of the restaurant. Looking forward for your positive response.
