I have recently received a bill dated 02 February from your company in relation to
my electricity account 123345.
The bill states that for the period of December and January, I have used $350
worth of electricity. This seems to be a mistake since my energy usage typically
averages at $45 per month. I am a single female living in a one-bedroom
apartment. I rarely use electrical items and many of my large kitchen appliances
as well as my water heating run on gas.
I would be extremely grateful if you can open a dispute on this bill and instruct one
of your team members to investigate. Is it possible that your company has
erroneously calculated this figure using an estimated reading?
