write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college, describe the situation, explain your problem

Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Parichat Srisoottipong, I am currently living in Building B of ABC college, room no. 123. I previously found myself struggle trying to work from my room during the day. These were caused by several tasks that I found uncomfortable arising from sharing facilities and accommodations. I was unable to use internet properly during the day, as far as I know, the wireless signal point was far away from my location. While I was in the meeting with my classmates, the internet signal got lost and I had to walk out to run the meeting in the hallway. Not only internet problem that I found it is difficult for me to work within this room, I also found that living with roommate is not suitable for me. One evening, I had to work at nighttime but my roommate insisted to turn off all the light that I need. I therefore, believe that this sharing room type is not flexible for me. Please could you help arranging more internet wireless router, or I might need a room that has internet available. Also please suggest me any available accommodation that will fixed my trouble.
