Dear Miss. Rachel I am writing to let know that I have been offering unpaid work with the Local Community Center for 3 years which I cannot continue. My main responsibility was to plant saplings in order to keep the society greener, also to water the plants in the area, which I really enjoyed doing such an imperative job. This volunteering work of mine helped to sustain environment-friendly surroundings. However, although I extremely had fun doing this service I can no longer continue. This is due to studies commitment as I am going abroad for my further education even I am leaving this country next week. Fortunately, One of my friend who lives in the same colony wanted to offer his free services in my absence. I would like to recommend him in my place. Also, He is aware of everything related to my work which can facilitate your training session.
