write a letter to landlord about the noise

Dear Mr. Parker, I can not resist myself to inform you that I have concerns regarding the property you rented a year back. The house is located in Norway street and it is well furnished with all the amenities However, The problem started when you rented your first-floor second block to the younger boys. My flat is next door to them, unfortunately, It has been only two months and the noise of loud music and hooting come at unusual timings like early morning or late night. I have already discussed this concern with them However, all I am getting is fake assurance. Being a family man my whole schedule gets disturbed and my children are not able to sleep well this is ultimately affecting their health. I hope you will be understanding my situation and will address my concern to them and definitely will take the appropriate action.
