Dear Sir/Madam I am writting with regard to inform you about my last visit to your hotel Sunshine at Torronto on 2nd February 2021. Unfortunatly my experience with your hospitality was very disoppinting. When i arrived at your hotel, I had to wait for an hour because there was no one at the reception desk to help me check in. Things got even more unpleasent when i got to know that the room i booked which has garden view was not availabe so, i had to switch to the regular room. In addition, when i call for room service i got extermely rude response form your side. Therefore, i want to request for a refund because i was not offered what i was expecting. i look forward for your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Shaishav Patel
