Hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing this letter to let you know that unfortunately, I’m not free on the coming weekend when you are planning to visit me.
I don’t want to be a spoiler, but really sorry as I won’t be available to host you.
Do you remember that I told you about the Project Management online course I have joined? I have my exam for the same on this Sunday. This is an important exam and I’ve to score good marks which will increase my chances of getting a new job. I tried to check with my teacher if I can give the exam on another day, but this is not an option.
After this weekend, I’m free for the rest of the month. How about you come over on 17th September? We can plan an outing to nearby places. There are some really great local markets and nigh clubs.
