Dear Harsh, I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the summer English language course which was held in our college. I was very unhappy with the facilities provided by the camp. Firstly, the activities which you had mentioned in the advertisement were completely misleading for the public because of some problems were there in course. The sports facilities in the camp were completely a disaster, there is only one court for both basketball and badminton. The management was just doing an adjustment as per convenience. Secondly, the condition of the gym was horrible and it was too small, most of the time it is fully crowded as well as the equipment in the gym was very old-fashioned.
