write a letter to director of cookery class

Dear Sir, I would love to share my experience at cookery school with you. Earlier, I was the worst chef who ends up spoiling every dish. On the contrary, after joining this program I became a spectacular cook. Most sincerely, I would love to appreciate the pleased work of Mr. Manish. He is an artist who made cooking an art and made everyone fond of his skills. Truthfully, I have never been in the making of cuisines. It was a real struggle for me to juggle with variety of items and always came with tragic dishes. At par, I was only the one in my family to have such bad knowledge of cookery. Joining this program really got me involved in creating and decorating food. I started loving my own dishes and the classes nurtured me with confidence to pursue cooking as professional. In my perspective, it would be more help for us if the school offers a baking program. Baking is all I need to learn and a plethora of students from my batch are interested to join the series. In my calculation, number of 50 students would be registering for baking course. Looking forward to hearing the news of upcoming classes at the earliest!
