Dear, Sir. I am writing to complain about a mobile phone I bought from your technical appliances mall. As a regular customer, I would say that it the first item it did not work which one of the things I got from your market. With regard to the phone, there was not any faulty when I reviewed in the store. Further, I thought it was provided with high tech that has all conveniences and comfortable to carry. However, after a day of use it began to show its drawbacks. Firstly, when I loaded the zoom app to it, it started working hard. So, I found it could not lift that. But, this program is very crucial for me. Second of all, its microphone had a problem and it related to the sound which is made a bit of a noice. Thus, my purpose of making complain is, I want to replace it with another best one. At this point it is fair to say that you had checked it and issued the warranty card for three months.
