I am writing this letter to inform you that l experienced dissatisfaction from the service served by your employee.
I went to your shop for the purpose of buying a latest microwave on last sunday. I was looking for any assistance but no one in that perticular section.
After that, I went to inquiry desk and I found the employees are watching opera daily soaps.
Then, I ask to help me in purchasing a microwave and the employees were pointing figure to each other for assistance. I did feel so bad and I was unhappy with their nasty behaviour.
I will no longer your customer that is sure in the future. But, its my humble request you that if this kind of service will contiued in future then it may impact on your cost of company.
Iastly, I would say that healthier customer service may only way too boost the wealth of company. Kindly have a look in this matter.
