Letter of complaint to the manager of the shop

Letter of complaint to the manager of the shop xOGl6
Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about cassette player I bought from you shop last week. However, the cassette player was supposed to be completely in working order, it didn't work and sound didn't hear the first time, I switched on the cassette player. Furthermore, when I tried to switch off the player, the wire burnt. I send the cassette player to your shop after having been assured by manager that I would be sent a refund. However, I still have not received one. As a regular customer of yours, I feel disappointed with the way I have been treated and hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation. I trust this matter will receive your immediate attention. Yours sincerely, Mr Brown.
