Dear SirI am kapil. I am writing this letter with disappointment that my family and I paid a visit to your restaurant in order to have food. We had heard a lot about your food speciality. However I am having to say plaintively that we were served in a prompt manner. Firstly, the behavior of the staff wasn't beyond description. Nobody was putting on mask and proper uniform. Secondly, the tables and floor wasn't immaculate. There were nothing but flies were hovering around the meal. As far as the meal concerned that we were provided was terrible. Salt was more than required. My father who is coming down with blood pressure had to remain hungry. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and do something promptly otherwise your bed and breakfast could be at stake. Looking forward to quick action. Yours faithfully
