Dear sir, I am writing this letter with regard to online purchase of SAMSUNG Galaxy m50 smartphone on your website. Its a Radiant blue mobile with configuration of 128 giga bytes memory and 6 giga bytes Ram. Let me explain my situation, from day one the mobile showed a lot of issues. On unboxing the phone was not properly packed, other than that it always gets heat up by short use, It is difficult to hold the phone on many occasion moreover it has very poor battery backup for a new phone. It get's difficult to connect with wifi on occasions. overall I had a very unpleasant experience with my new buy. Would you kindly refund the money. I am not quite sure if I want to use the mobile from the same company. I found there mobiles not very well made. So I have dropped the idea of exchange and also a new mobile in same price range has been launched by apple. I am planning to buy it. I await a favorable response from you.
