Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the construction of a shopping centre by my home. I find it most unsatisfactory when I saw some officials were doing survey near my home yesterday. A day before yesterday, my neighbour informed me about the same, but I ignored. My neighbour educate me about the planning of shopping centre and when the developer will commence the construction. The thing is, the area where I stay is residential and as per my knowledge no commercial activity is allowed here. Almost everyone who got retired from the defence are staying here with their families. The council has given those homes to all retired solders for their peaceful life after the struggle and sacrifice to our nation. When I heard about developer’s plan, I was extremely upset and nervous too. I would be most grateful if you could provide me in detail information about the shopping centre. In spite of being the residential area, how the developer got permission to use this area for commercial purpose? Also, provide your valuable guidance to deal with this scenario. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Prashant Wankhade
