Dear Sir, My name is Navneet Sandhu and I am a resident of Model Town area of Ludhiana city. I'm writing this letter to complain you regarding working of air-conditioner at the balcony seats. Last week, on Saturday I went to watch the Dark movie with my family at the PVR cinemas in the Ansal Plaza. The weather is too hot and we all require a comfortable sitting to enjoy movie but unfortunately the air-conditioner was not working in my area that is the top row of balcony area. I complained regarding this to the gate keepers of the cinema hall and requested them humbly to change seat of my friends & me but they knodded with "Yes" and did nothing and we were suffering hot due to this and not even able to enjoy the movie. I would request the cinema manager to throw light into this problem and assure the proper working of all air-conditioners to avoid this problem in future. Thank you inanticipation.
