Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to inform you that I have lost my crucial belongings when I travelled via bus of your company few days ago. Let me explain in detail. Actually, I made my journey from Chandigarh to Delhi with your company 'Akash Travels' on 3/3/2020. I was going to a business meeting to Delhi, and moreover I was having my laptop with me. Since I was going for an official meeting with the delegates of my company, so I was working on my presentation, which I need to present there. But, unfortunately, when I reached my destination, in my hurry, I forgot the laptop carry bag in the bus. Though it is not so much costly, it contains some essential visiting cards and my documents as well. I would like you to post those essential things at my home address, which I am enclosing with this letter. Please let me know the charges involved.
