Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my inconvenience caused by the sound coming from your restaurant. My name is Sarulatha. I am working as a Software Engineer in a reputed company. I am residing next to your hotel and I have been living here since from my birth. We are a nuclear family, including my husband, his elderly parents and two small kids. The song which is playing till the early morning in your hotel is disturbing us. Because of this noise children cannot concentrate on their studies. Moreover, it creates health issues for everyone because of lack of sleep during night. This is affecting out work and also elders having sleepless day and night. I have already requested to reduce the sound couple of times. But I could not see any action has taken on my request. If it continues, I will definitely make a complain to the police and will request them to take necessary action.
