Dear Sir I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding refrigerator that I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started to go wrong. On the 15th of July I visited one of your local shops in order to buy a refrigerator for my brother. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days later, my brother made a call and said about the problems of the item. When he used the machine for the first time it worked properly. However, when she utilized it the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. The products inside were spoiled because the refrigerator did not freeze well. it also consumes a lot of electricity Furthermore, when he tried use another the same thing happened.
