Write a letter apologising for the damage Persian rug and offering to get it cleaned

Write a letter apologising for the damage Persian rug and offering to get it cleaned gDREd
Dear Alice, I am writing to you to apologise for the disgraceful conduct from you and your family members on weekends. I realise how much this must have upset you, and I hope that we can sort out the problem agreeably. When I was bringing a drink, I was accidentally pushed and the drank spilled on the Persian rug. I did not expect that to happen and I was in a much worse situation. I felt so sorry for this priceless rug. The worst part is that I am guilty in front of your family members as well. I assure you that I will clean the carpet soon or cover the damage. Love, Mary
