Dear UWC, My name is Sam Kazehaya. I’m very glad to be a representative of my own best friend, Luong Kim Ngoc, in order to help her take a turning - point step to accomplish her ambition when she was young. I have known Ngoc for over 4 years. I first met her when we were in grade 7. As we had lots of hobbies and interests in common, we became best friends since then. To begin with, Ngoc is one of the most mature person that I have ever met. When my school groups hung out and went to many different places, I had had lots of chances to chat with her. I asked her questions about her life and her dream, her answers were quietly, looking like a grown-up, completely more different than her friends at the same age, without any dreams, goals or further ambition for their own life. She had already come up with a plan for the future. Not only was her maturity impressive, but also she is an independent person. She always stands at her feet and accomplishes everything on her own. Because her family does not have good living conditions, she has to earn money on her own to pay for her tuition and everything else.
