Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the school canteen which we ordered some somsas and bottles of coca cola. First of all, in your menu you mentioned that all dishes were fresh. The problem was that the dishes were not fresh as you said and they were also sour, so we could not eat and drink drinks as well as they were too warm to drink. Moreover, the menu claimed that there were some meals with fresh salads which were prepared at home, but not only your meals were such a good condition as you said also the bags of the dishes were not clean as shown in your menu. In addition, the menu mentioned that the canteen was so tidy and clean but the chairs were not suitable for older persons because they were too small for them to sit. Last but not least, you claimed that the canteen was only for pupils studying there but you didn't mention that it was not for people who came to get their children from school. We think it is clear that your menu was misleading. As a result we would like you to return our money we spent the meals because they were the worst that we had ever ordered.
