Complaint about a neighbour to landlord

Dear Landlord, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the excessive noise and disturbance coming from the new neighbour. In the beginning, I ignored it, thinking that it is temporary. But even after two weeks, they did not stop. As a result, my aged parents and my children are unable to sleep. This has been a terrible experience. Despite informing many times, they did not change. Noise like this has effects on everyone’s health. All the residents must respect the right to quiet enjoyment, like having parties earlier than late at night. I request you to make sure that they keep the volume low. Keeping the neighbours informed about the events. I look forward to your reply, I hope you give this matters your prompt attention.
