But even after two weeks, they did not stop. As a result, my aged parents and my children are unable to sleep. This has been a terrible experience. Despite informing many times, they did not change. Noise like this has effects on everyone’s health. All the residents must respect the right to quiet enjoyment, like having parties earlier than late at night.
