Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding your IELTS course that I recently took part in. On April 1st I started to study in your IELTS course in order to develop my language skills. Firstly all of them were good, but now I decided not to attend in your lessons due to some reliable reasons. At the beginning of the course all lessons started at their time but after a month we started beginning the course whether at 03: 00pm or 03: 30 pm and one day even 04: 00pm, however I tried not to miss lessons. Furthermore, group members' levels varied from each other, as a result there was no competition among students. On the top of that we could not get feedbacks properly for our writings and speech this was because new lessons would not be interesting. I would like you to change my group.
