Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to make a complaint about the service I received while I was shopping at your hypermarket yesterday afternoon.
I wanted to buy a perfume for my wife, so I went straight to the perfume counter on the first floor. The assistant was busy when I arrived, so I went to another department and returned later. She was still talking to a customer. I came back six times before she finally served me. I suspect the ‘customer’ was her friend.
Sadly, when I was finally served, your assistant (Miss. Padma) proved to be both clumsy and rude. When I was leaning over the counter examining a bottle of perfume she spilt a large quantity of scent on my arm. Consequently, I smelt very strong of ‘Spring Flowers’ perfume all afternoon. As I am an Engineer this was most embarrassing. When I pointed this out to her, however, she laughed.
