Dear Mr. Nadeem,
I am writing a letter to make an apology for not attending a meeting that was commenced on 23rd of April 2020. I understand the importance of that meeting but unfortunately, I had an accident while I was coming to office. Thanks to almighty God, nothing happens to me, but my car was broken, and I must report to police about the accident. This takes a lot more time that I was expecting.
I have spoken with my colleague Amir to brief me about this meeting. I have also setup-up meeting with him to get all the information and discussion happen during this meeting. He has already shared with me minutes of meeting. I will sit with him and will discuss on each point that were discussed and mentioned in minutes of meeting. Please rest-assured that I will overcome from this situation and will do my level best to follow the instruction with better understanding to fulfil daily activities that are assigned to me.
I will be careful and will take additional precautions so that this will not happen again. I hope you will accept my apology. Thanks
