Hello, Sir or Madam, My name is Shahrzad Mostafavi. I graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration plus 10-year job experience in the same field, so I was searching for a potential Ph. D. program at the University of Manitoba. (My favorite program is in Management (Ph. D. )). The guidelines and information on the website were really helpful, but there are two issues to which I could not find the answer. I would be appreciated if you contributed to me to start my journey by preparing the documents for submission. First of all, should I contact a supervisor to share my field of interest? I mean that having a supervisor is essential in the application process. In addition, would you mind guiding me more about financial aids and guaranteed funds in the Ph.
