Unable to continue volunteering activity

Unable to continue volunteering activity WyQ8D

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Dr. Rakesh from Urapakkam area of Chennai. As you may be knowing me that I am involved in the plantation drive as a volunteer in this area. I have been in this volunteering service for the past six months and thoroughly enjoying it. Recently a month ago, I was offered a job at NIT Trichy and I have agreed to join the institute. I am also moving to the same place in about a week and settle there. Hence, it would not be possible for me to continue as a volunteer in the plantation drive due to my unavailability in Urapakkam after a week. However, to my surprise, I was able to connect with a volunteer who was carrying out a similar service few years ago. He is Mr. Ashok and he has kindly accepted my request to fill in the shoes and continue the volunteering activity from where I have left. I hope that my unavailability will not hamper the plantation drive in anyway and I would love to see an increased green cover in Urapakkam when I return back after few months.
