Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to show my displeasure regarding an incident that took place on the upper floor apartment. My name is Nikita, I live at L10, Green Apartment. Let me elaborate on the situation. Yesterday, a party was held on the L11 floor, which continued till late night. They had been dancing and tapping the floor very hard. Moreover, they played the music intensely and loudly. Firstly, I waited for some time, then I went upstairs and requested them to play the music in low volume.
