Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to show my displeasure regarding an incident that took place on the upper floor apartment. My name is Nikita, I live at L10, Green Apartment. Let me elaborate on the situation. Yesterday, a party was held on the L11 floor, which continued till late night. They had been dancing and tapping the floor very hard.
