Hello Mr. Boulhala, I hope you’re good and healthy. As you know I worked another company and there is a HR manager who hired me. We are still friends and She is like a mentor to me. I did something and asked help and She accepted. But she is in Ankara now, If not an issue to come up She is gonna come İstanbul next Saturday. She know policies, diciplinary process, procedures. She is gonna teach me what she knows. So what should I do? Should wait until that Saturday and focus other tasks meantime or something else? What do you think? By the way does asking help someone who is not related the company bother you?
