Thank you for the email. I am writing this letter to share my feedback on the cookery course I attended online last week. Me and my wife both are huge fans of the chef Avinash since the Master Chef of India, Season 8.
I follow him on social media regularly and I was supposed to attend the last month’s cookery course as well. Since I have shifted to other country, I needed to learn how to cook! And learning in 5 day course under Master Chef winner, itself is a pleasure.
I have learnt so many Indian dishes that can be ready within 30-40 minutes such as Hydrabadi Biryani, Different types of Chats, Nutritious Pao-Bhaji and many more. I have tried yesterday my favorite dish Gulab Jamun and not only me but eve my roommates can not believe that I can make such tasty dishes.
I am extremely happy and also excited to make such dishes now. And as requested I will definitely recommend 2-3 other names who will undoubtedly join the upcoming courses. Kindly also update me if any different cuisine is to be taught in future.
