Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this to bring your attention to a pavement crack in the road next to my house. I am Amr Masoud, I have been living in the town for 8 years since I was moved to my company's branch in the downtown area. I am really enjoying the neighborhood and the community here which is very peaceful and friendly. On this occasion, I feel that I have an obligation towards the city which encouraged me to report a big crack in the road pavement in front of my doorstep, this crack may cause incidents and damage to the cars as the car drivers are not able to notice it especially at night. I would like, therefore, to introduce a suggestion to mitigate any possible incident until the pavement is fixed. a sign can be put before the crack area by a reasonable distance to allow the passengers to slow down.
