There is a problem with the changing rooms in the sports centre that you visit. You have complained several times but with no success.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to explain my disappointment with the changing room. There are many weeks that I have complained about the showers to one of the supervisors, however, nothing has changed since my complaints. None of the showers has hot water, and despite the fact that is summertime, it is extremely difficult to deal with this problem, because the water comes out incredibly cold. The last time I complained the supervisor said the heater is not functioning the matter it is supposed to be. For this reason, he has already ordered the piece that is broken, but unfortunately, it is depleted and the provider has no information when he will receive this part. I would like to request a new provider because I am aware that it is not the only one who works with this type of equipment.
