Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter about the bus service providing by your travel company. From last two weeks bus is always late from its arrival time at my bus station, because of that I am getting late to my workplace. I am travelling on your bus from Batala to Gurdaspur on regular basis from last 5 years and never had any issue but from last two weeks bus is always 10-15 minutes late and its affecting my arrival time to my work as well other passengers are also not happy from the service like government epmloyees, students and other random passengers. Seats and floor are becoming very dirty day by day, even sometimes roof leak in rain. Here I want to suggest you to fix the schedule for the service and also new seats and repair of roof if possible.
