Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to express my discontent with the bus service in my area over the last two weeks. My reason to prefer travelling by bus is that, I live in a area named Madison which is around 25kms from the company, and i cannot afford to travel by car because of the surging petrol prices everyday. Also, recently i have noticed that the frequency of the bus service has been reduced from five times a day to two times a day for the past two weeks only. This has severely affected me, as i am unable to catch the bus on time as my office timings does not coexist with the bus schedule. Besides, my office is also near countryside making it difficult to find a cab. I hope you may be able to understand the problem. I would be grateful if you could either revert to earlier schedule or suggest an alternative bus route with bus details, so that i could be able to meet my daily requirements.
