Dear Mr. Jonas, I am writing this letter about my work done last year and also would like to make some modifications at my workplace. I joined your firm on 21st January 2020 as the senior accountant. On joining i was made clear about my responsibilities and accomplishments. I fulfilled all my duties on time and worked accordingly. Although, i sometimes found it difficult to work and got confused, yet i managed it pretty well. However, to manage such flaws in future I would like you to organise training sessions for me on weekly basis. Moreover, while working i had found some bias prevailing among the co-workers. It is because of the dominacy of senior staff members over the freshers which creates troubles for junios to work efficiently. Nonetheless, they follow all guidelines yet the chaos continues. I think this could be sort out by implementing cubicle system so as to avoid frequent contact of employees. Kindly look into this matter on prompt basis to tackle it as soon as possible.
