Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with some problems with the bus service over the last two weeks. I will explain myself in this letter.
I take bus number 145 from North Burnaby to SFU every morning to attend lectures. I have always been pleased by the great services for the past 5 years. However, the bus service recently experiences an extremely long delay and a gap between available buses. It usually takes 10 to 15 minutes for the next bus to arrive, but now it doubles or even triples the wait time. In addition, the schedule seems unreliable and does not reflect the real arriving times.
The issues above greatly affect my school performance as I am always late for classes, and it even made me skipped two classes because the bus never arrived. What's more, I had to call taxies three times in the past two weeks. It cost me a significant amount as my home is relatively far from the university.
I suggest that the company could release a most reliable and updated schedule for bus 145. Besides, I suggest that the company can increase the number of serving buses to this routine. Hence, there will be more buses available and decrease the wait times.
