Dear Mr. Smith, I am writing to express my deep concern about the safety of the bus service in Manglor, Swat. It is due to the fire accidents taking place at a fast pace, which created fear in public, and people are no more using it. This month is the fifth accident of fire in a row, and unfortunately, the administration is blaming overcrowding for the problem at hand. Since only Daewoo buses are operating in the area, so people of the city are affecting due to the untrusted bus service and facing problems in local transport than ever before. I use the local bus service to go and come back from the office, and my children used to go to school via Daewoo, and we are financially affected because we use the expensive Taxi service daily. Therefore, kindly provide an alternative shuttle service at a reasonable cost until the problem is solved so that the local people can afford it and life becomes smooth.
