Dear Sir, Garbage collection system in the city I am writing this letter with regards to the problems causing due to the improper collection of rubbish in our area. It was brought to our notice that the schedules used to collect dump are not performed by the responsible personal at the given time frame. Hence, the occupiers of the area experience a bad smell which cause health effects. The neighbors have got used to spray chemicals on the road to prevent the spread of germs but the case has become worsen with the increase of flies population on the roads. We have informed the issue to the health care personals to attend immediately to prevent the circulation of infectious diseases. The cost of materials for cleaning the trunks has to be beard by the people in the area. I would like to suggest implementing a shramadaana campaign with the association of the villagers to clean up the town. We will need a contribution of solid wast recycling companies to analyse the content and submit the possible quantities for recycling purposes.
