Dear sirI am writing this letter concerning the decline in standards on the highway and byway at our street, green avenue, peterson. i have been living here for over 10 years and was always proud of the way our town looked, but the current statebof disrepair and neglect is disappointing. The footpath is now badly in need of repair band it is totally overgrown with weeds let alone all the accumulated rubbish. It is a major hazard to children and to the eldery who could easily have a serious accident.
