Dear Joe, I'm writing this letter to talk about an unforgettable meal in my 19 years of life. I also know this Indian restaurant, where the place is very outstanding. I'm looking forward to coming to this restaurant next time. Last year, it was my mom's birthday party and I also memorized 20 marriages of my parents. My brother and I organized a party at the Ho Tay buffet. We have invited the whole family for this dinner, including my relationship, my mother’s number of friends. This party was very monumental with performances by the band and the musicians, who were rented by my brother. The main food is shrimp and several different kinds of seafood. I remembered that there were many sea foods on the table at the party. But I could not forget the taste’s Salt-roasted lobster. By myself, I'm a fussy eater but I am also persuaded by the taste's this cuisine. At this party, it seemed nobody cares about the surroundings. Then I binge-eat and eat tucked into my lobster. The Salt-roasted lobster was very delicious and aromatic. Especially, these foods make me understand that their quality justifies the bill. This food was created with three main ingredients: fresh lobster, salt, and another spice mix.
