Dear Sir, I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding TV that I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, thing started to go wrong. On the 1st of May I visited one of your local shops in oder to buy a TV for my friend. Looking around the shop I encountered expected item and I asked a shop assistant about it. After getting all information I decided to purchase it. Two days leter, my friend made a call and said about the problems of the item. When she used the TV the first time it worked properly and it's appearance was very well. However, when she utilized it had the second time there seemed to have been a malfunction while it was working. It's colour was mixing. Futhermore, when she triedvto use it again another the same thing happened. In addition to this, the TV was not work very well.
