Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to complain about the awful service which I received 3days ago. I visited the restaurant for to have a nice dinner with my family. Neverless, we were not greeted propurely. I booked a special table for the time of dinner the day before, but there was no a free table when I arrived here. Therefore I waited for 30 minutes. Furthermore, the american pizza was brought us as a main meal. Actually I wanted the spanish chicken soup instead of the pizza. The unpolite waiter did not want to accept my complaint. For that we had to eat the pizza. I felt the unpleasant flavor when I tasted some it. Indeed the pizza so salty and it was not as fresh as we expected. As a consequence, I would like to full refund in 5 business days due to it was the worst dinner which I ever had with my siblings. Moreover you should punish the waiter or get free his occupation which served us. He was so rude. Un my point of view you will lose maltitude of customers cause of these kinds of waiter.
