Dear Sir/MadamThis letter has been written to give you some suggestions regarding changes in working hours. The decision of the company to change its current working hours of 8 am to 5 pm is highly appreciable approach. Because the current timings are not suitable for many employees of various departments. As a salesperson of the company, I am requesting you to set the working hours between 10 AM to 7 PM because it is a more convenient time for all employees and the best suitable time for marketing. As a female candidate, I have lots of chores in the morning to do. Due to the early time of 8 o'clock, I am unable to complete my task, and I have to put my household responsibility on others. Even it is very difficult to manage the kid in the early morning. So if the timings around 10 o'clock than it will be easy to manage everything. Secondly, it will also beneficial for the company. Due to the fact that mostly marketing activity will start full fldge and pick up the gear after 10 o'clock. Consequentlly, the timings of 8 am to 10 am are not that much productive. Even in the evening when market is open, our company wind up the task. As a result, we are loosing the oppernuities for our business which will affect the turnover of the company. So if there is little modification in job timings, it will boost up the performence of the company. Thank you for giving the matter to your attention and hoping for some good change in timings.
