Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my displeasure over the journey which I had taken through your company. I had purchased a tour package of ten days from your organization to spend my vacations with my family in China; however, despite all of your acknowledgements it turned out to be the worst experience of my life. Let me describe my situation to you in detail. As my flight landed in Beijing, I expected a tour guide to be present at the airport to commute us to the hotel. On the contrary, no one came to receive us, and after a few difficulties, we were able to book a cab to the hotel. Later, the person visited to our room and instead of offering apology he displayed a rude behaviour to us. Similarly, he never arrived on the agreed time even for a single day; consequently, we were unable to enjoy our holiday. I hope you remember the agreement that in case of any miscommitment, you will refund me the trip amount.
