Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing a place of complaint against your services at the airport on Feburary 14. My flight was at 7 PM and I satisfied it due to the fact that the flight didn't delay. However, I felt quite anger with services which there was a problem depend on registration clearly, I had a difficulties with finding airport station which I spent 30 minutes though I wasn't late to flight. Moreover, logbook was not given to me as a help to find that station. I think the best way to solve this problem is that change the territory of the airport station. I would be grateful if you solve the problem with paying attention to my complaint letter and create facilities to passengers when it comes to talk about registration centre.
