Dear sir, I have immensely enjoyed and benefitted from the course you have taken me these past few months. However, I will not be able to continue with the part-time programme due to the reason explained below. As you are aware, I am a full-time employee at a telecommunication company, Hence my work hours are between 9 am to 5 pm every weekday and occasionally on weekends. Regardless of this, I try to balance my work activities and study curriculum thus far. Recently, I have been saddled with the responsibility of supervising a project in another state, thus requiring me to permanently relocate to the area for the duration of the task. As a result of this, I would like to defer my course to the subsequent semester, by then, the project would have been completed and I would be available to attend evening classes once again.
